A LUXURY hotel in the Lake District is looking for a lucky couple to spend the night and test the romantic experiences they're offering.

They will even pay you £100 for the night while you're being wined and dined.

The Daffodil Hotel & Spa in the Lake District is giving away a one-night stay to a couple, with the full hotel experience available.

This includes full use of the spa facilities, afternoon tea, and an evening meal with a view of the lake.

Each room has luxury Molton Brown toiletries and king-size beds looking out to the Lake District.

The afternoon tea includes champagne as well as freshly made sandwiches and cakes, while dinner includes options such as wild sea trout or caramelised duck breast.

The four-star hotel is located in Grasmere, one of the smallest villages in the Lake District, and was built in 1855.

It has even welcomed royal guests, with the Prince of Wales, who later became Edward VII, visiting in the 19th century.

To be in with a chance to stay at the hotel, all you need to do is answer some questions on the website including how long you and your partner have been together and how you met.

You also need to reveal the most romantic thing your partner has ever done for you.

While the stay is not on Valentine's Day itself, you can pick a date to stay from Sunday to Thursday until March 31.

But be quick, as you have to apply by January 29 with the winner announced on January 31.

It isn't the first time the hotel has looked for people to review it – last year, the hotel hired an "afternoon tea taster" to test their cakes and treats.

You could also get paid to travel the world testing hen parties which includes free hotels and experiences.

Last year, one lucky person was paid £500 to test spas across the UK.
