A bride sparked outrage online after requesting a photographer to take intimate pictures of her wedding night. 

Her unusual request came to when a woman from Florida shared the message sent to her wedding photographer friend with the group, That’s It, I’m Wedding Shaming (Non-ban happy edition) on Facebook. 

In her request, the bride explained it would be her first time with her husband, and she wanted the photographer to immortalize the moment as part of her two-day wedding. 

The bride’s request understandably raised eyebrows, with some saying she might regret capturing the intimate moment with her husband.

The Florida woman shared the post with the group, saying: ‘Haha my photographer friend sends me the best stuff. “Can you photograph for 24 hours plus do a porn shoot for us losing our virginity after?”.’

In her message to the unnamed photographer, the bride explained: ‘I’m looking for a last-minute photographer, the one we had just canceled on us. 

She went on to reveal what her ‘unusual’ wedding coverage would be like. 

‘We need three-four photographers since it’s scheduled to last two-days but we would settle for two as beggars cant be choosers,’ she said.

She added that the couple were also looking for a photograph who could take ‘intimate photos after wedding as this will be our first night together.’

Her request sparked jokes online, with many people jesting she was looking to turn her first sexual experience into an X-rated movie.  

‘You gotta admire the confidence of two virgins who are absolutely sure they’re going to be so killer at sex the first time out the gate that they can perform in front of an audience and film it for future viewing,’ one said. 

‘If they’re waiting until marriage for sex, that’s their choice. But someone needs to tell them that their first time will be awkward and probably not make for a great photo shoot,’ another pointed out, 

People said having a camera crew would make her first time more awkward for the bride and her groom

‘We are saving ourselves… for the camera!! Wooooo,’ another said. 

‘One word…TRIPOD!!!  You should not have random strangers tape your intimate moments, especially a first time,’ one wrote. 

‘Lord have mercy on their poor eyes, plus…it’ll last approximately 1 minute 23 seconds,’ they added. 

‘Oh- so they think losing their virginity is going to be some hot and steamy event I see. Good luck with that,’ one said. 

Others said having a camera crew would make the moment less intimate, and lead to awkward pictures. 

Some wedding photographers said they would charge a high rate for such requests, while other said the couple should just buy a tripod and do the shoot themselves 

‘Nothing quite says intimate like having a photographer there,’ one said. 

‘I don’t know what magical first times these guys have been reading about but they’re about to have their ideas of it shattered,’ another wrote. 

‘Yes, let’s memorialize the bride’s first night of life long disappointment,’ one joked. 

‘Nothing makes for a relaxing first sexual experience like a camera crew,’ one said. 

‘At least they’re gonna pay,’ one observed.

Some people who were photographers said they could only grant the request for a high fee.  

‘I’m a photographer and would accept no less than $10,000. Because what the f***,’ one said.  

Some people took the bride’s defense and said she shouldn’t be shamed for asking politely and being upfront about her request

‘As a photographer- if they’re asking for all of the RAWs while laying it raw AND 20+ hours of coverage? No less than $20k. And that’s on the low end,’ another said. 

Some people defended the bride, saying that while her request was unusual, it wasn’t shameful.  

‘Not all boudoir shoots have to be done pornographically. I’ve seen some REALLY tasteful boudoir photos,’ one said. 

‘I’m a little confused as to why we’re shaming this person for asking for a quote? Its not necessarily her fault the original photographer bailed,’ another said. 

‘She was upfront on what she wanted and is willing willing pay for it. She’s not asking for 24 hours of photography and intimate nudes for “exposure” or Chili’s gift cards,’ one wrote.
