Coleen Nolan addresses Stacey Solomon ‘snub’ after star announces pregnancy news

Loose Women star Stacey Solomon is soon to be a mum of five as she announced the news that she and her husband Joe Swash are expecting their third child together.

And while many of Stacey's celebrity pals congratulated her and Joe on the exciting news, Loose Women viewers noticed that Coleen Nolan and the rest of the panel didn't mention Stacey's announcement on the ITV show.

But Stacey's co-star Coleen, 57, decided to set the record straight on Twitter, writing: "Another pickle already?! The Cottage is going to need an extension at this rate!

"But seriously, massive congratulations @StaceySolomon & @realjoeswash. Couldn’t be happier for you both."

She then added: "PS, to everyone who’ve tweeted in wondering why it wasn’t mentioned on today’s @loosewomen, it’s because the episodes between Christmas and New Years were pre-recorded.

"No big secret, the pre-records were announced in the Christmas lineup!"

Stacey, 33, is already mum to son Zachary, 14, with her ex Dean Cox, Leighton, 10, with her ex Aaron Barham, as well as Rex, three, and Rose, one, with her husband Joe, 40.

The presenter shared the news on her Instagram with a snap of her and Joe holding onto a positive pregnancy test.

"So grateful and can not believe I'm saying this… Another little pickle is on the way," she wrote.

A HUGE surprise, but one that we are so thankful for, to the moon and back bub @realjoeswashy."

Rylan Clark commented underneath as he expressed his best wishes: "Can I buy this one please xxx CONGRATS you lovely pair xxxx."

Vicky Pattison wrote: "I'm sobbing," with a series of crying face emojis, before adding: "Congratulations guys."

Stacey's best pal Mrs Hinch said: "THIS. I just cannot wait my darling, another beautiful pickle," with a red love heart emoji. "Love you all to pieces xxxxxx."

It comes after Stacey broke her silence since announcing her news, by confessing that she's "nervous for her body" as she embraces her fifth pregnancy.

"Your messages are so beautiful," Stacey started to write with a crying emoji. "I have sooooo much to catch up with you all… I'm just trying to enjoy this crazy bit between Xmas and NY where no one knows what day it is with all the pickles…"

"Honestly you're all so bloody sweet and kind and I can't wait to come on here and tell you EVERYTHING," she continued.

Stacey added: "I can't believe we are having another baby! We are soooo excited. I'm nervous for my noon," with a crying with laughter emoji. "But so so excited."
