Fancy a staycation? You can now stay at Premier Inn for less than £35 per night

10/09/2020

After a staycation for half-term but worried about the budget?

You’re in luck, as Premier Inn has just announced a special deal across its sites in the UK and Ireland that could see families save hundred of pounds.

The chain, which has 800 hotels, is offering rooms for less than £35 per night at a range of locations such as Avon, Bristol City Centre, Canterbury and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Those who want to visit the capital will have to shell out slightly more, with bookings available at £45 per night.

There are some requirements though.

Firstly, it only applies to half-term, meaning your trip will have to take place during 24 October to 1 November. And while the cheap rates are across all types of rooms, the most affordable is the family room, which fits two adults and two children aged 15 or under).

But there’s a limited amount of rooms at the below £35 price, so the earlier you book, the more likely that you will get a good deal. On the plus side, it includes free breakfast.

Premier Inn not your cup of tea?

Head over to Chessington World of Adventures, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park or Legoland, where you can score rooms from £22 per night.

Or try a Travelodge, where a family room can go for as little as £25 at the brand’s 525 hotels.
