British Airways launch six new direct flights from Heathrow to holiday destinations including Turkey and Italy – The Sun

BRITISH Airways have launched six new direct routes from Heathrow including destinations in Turkey, Greece and Italy for 2020.

The airline will also fly to Kosovan and Montenegrin capitals Pristina and Podgorica for the first time ever.

British Airways have launched a brand new-route to Perugia in Italy from £40pp which is located amongst breathtaking mountains and towns.

Turkish coastal destinations Dalaman and Bodrum have been added back to BA's Heathrow route map.

The Greek Island of Rhodes, which is a perfect summer getaway due to its sandy beaches and rustic charm, gives Brits another opportunity to experience Grecian paradise with fares from £117pp.

BA will also be running a two flights a week from Gatwick to Corfu from May 1 until October 23.

Neil Chernoff, British Airways’ Director of Networks and Alliances, said: “We are gearing up for an exciting summer next year as we add more routes to our extensive global network.

“We’re always developing our leisure offering and are pleased to be adding completely new destinations to British Airways’ Heathrow map.

“Our commitment to offering flights and holidays to a wide variety of destinations at competitive prices can help people plan ahead for summer 2020.”

BA will also be adding more flights to popular short haul holiday destinations from Heathrow including Nice, Ibiza and Tenerife.
