Wetherspoons Christmas 2020 opening times: When does the store open and close over the holiday?

CHRISTMAS is coming, but if you're hoping to raise a pint in Wetherspoons you need to know about its festive opening hours.

Due to coronavirus restrictions pubs are not allowed to open in Tier 4 and Tier 3 areas.

Under current guidelines that means that 270 Wetherspoon pubs, out of a total of 875, can remain open.

Is Wetherspoons open on Christmas Day?

This year Wetherspoons is opening eleven pubs in Cornwall on Christmas Day from 11am until 3pm.

The pubs will not be serving food.

All other pubs will be closed.

• Packet station, Falmouth
• Tremenheere, Penzance
• Towan Blystra, Newquay
• John Francis Basset, Camborne
• Try Dowr, Truro
• Rann Wartha, St. Austell
• Chapel an Gansblydhen, Bodmin
• Hain Line, St Ives
• Green Parrot, Perranporth
• King Doniert, Liskeard
• Coinage Hall, Helston

Is Wetherspoons open on Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day?

Pubs will be open during normal hours but it's always worth checking ahead with your local.

Wetherspoons launched a 99p sale on real ale before pubs in Tier 3 areas closed.

The Wetherspoons Christmas menu includes a brie and bacon burger but there's no turkey dinner this year.
