Virgos are known for being organised, list-makers who always have their priorities right, and this often puts pressure on them to stick to a well-devised plan. In April, however, this sign will behave a little more spontaneously. Express.co.uk chatted to astrologer, cosmic coach, crystal healer and founder of the Moon Child Sorority, Bex Milford (@cosmic_cures on Instagram) to hear her Virgo April 2021 predictions.
The symbol of the Virgo is a maiden picking the wheat from the chaff, and this highlights Virgo’s key trait – an ability to prioritise.
This sign always seems to make the right choice after carefully deliberating every single option, but this month they’ll be trying a new method.
Bex said: “Virgo, this month you’re leaving behind your usually measured movements for something a little more impulsive!”

Mercury, your ruling sign, is moving into Aries on April 4 and this is great news for you.
Bex explained: “Virgo is the logically minded perfectionist of the zodiac, but Mercury in Aries ushers in a couple of weeks where you will feel especially connected to your intuition.
“Virgo is usually one to rationalise, think, then double-check the facts, but Mercury in your eighth house will toss this out of the window and you’ll be inclined to go with your gut!
“Use this as a chance to follow your instincts and be spontaneous. Routine can be great of course, but when we micromanage every little detail then we don’t leave space for magic.
“Use the beginning of the month to notice what messages you receive that seem like serendipity.
“This is also a superb time to get down to the nitty-gritty of financial planning, so if you need to make forecasts for your business, go over your bank accounts or organise your savings then do it at the beginning of April!”
Venus is moving into Taurus on April 14, and you’ll be thinking about the pleasures of travel.
Bex said: “You can expect a hefty dose of wanderlust to land in your lap! You’ll crave all things exotic and pine after foreign land.
“Think the scent of sea salt on a warm breeze, tropical flowers under a blazing sun and the knife-sharp freshness of mountain air.”

So what do you do with all this yearning to go abroad? Bex has a few answers.
She said: “You’re going to want to get on a jet-plane for sure, but since this most likely won’t be possible you can indulge this yearning by exploring other cultures via your five senses.
“Cook something from a country you’ve never been to; watch a foreign film or buy flowers that remind you of a holiday from years ago.
“Mercury also moves into Taurus on April 19, making this a great time to start learning another language or begin a course that broadens your horizons mentally.”
Virgos often prefer working independently rather than relying on others to work in a team – you don’t trust that anyone will get the job done as well as you can, Virgo.
It’s time to let go of this feeling when Mars moves into Cancer on April 23.
Bex said: “Mars in Cancer will encourage you to tackle projects with the help of a team. You’ll be joining wider discussions, expanding your network or working within a group will bring fortuitous circumstances and help you succeed in your goals.
“Share ideas but be careful not to become too dominant – listen to what everyone has to say and don’t allow yourself to become sensitive if there are other opinions apart from your own – that’s the point of group dynamics!
“Remain open-minded and approach the situation from all angles, and you’re much likely to get the results you’re after.”
