12/05/2019Tinder’s annual report reveals EXACTLY what Gen Z are looking for in a partner – including a love of Fleabag, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and vegan sausage rolls
- Tinder have revealed the biggest and most talked about topics for Gen Z in 2019
- Revealed women who featured most in bios and the most talked about topics
- Showed that 18-25s care more about chatting politics than hitting the gym
- Also revealed they’ve swapped avocado toast for Gregg’s vegan sausage rolls
If you’re single and aged between 18 and 25, then a keen interest in discussing the climate crisis and Game of Thrones and a love of Greggs vegan sausage rolls should ensure you’re not looking for much longer.
According to Tinder’s Year in Swipe report, Gen Z now makes up the majority of people using the app.
And a priority for this group of daters is finding someone with the same role models, with Jennifer Aniston and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle among the people they look up to.
They seem to disagree with their Millennial predecessors about splurging on expensive avocado toast, and instead are opting for Gregg’s vegan sausage rolls.
The group also show a keen interest in chatting about ’causes’ and ‘missions’ with climate change and Greta Thunberg being among the most talked about topics on the app.
