The simple overnight hair trick that keeps Holly Willoughby’s lengths looking healthy

We’re loving Holly Willoughby’s Wylde Moon blog because we’re getting some great insights into the This Morning presenter’s beauty regime. Her hairstylist, Ciler Peksah, is also a regular contributor to the blog and gives some excellent advice and hair hacks.

This week Ciler gave us a little insight into an overnight trick that Holly uses to keep her coloured hair looking and feeling its best. Shared on Wylde Moon’s Instagram page, the story reads: “Using an empty spray bottle, mix half of your favourite conditioner or hair mask with 10 pumps of hair oil (not serum) and top up with enough water to activate the spray.

“Shake well to mix and use overnight or throughout the day for a hair miracle.”

Since it looks like Holly has recently been sunning it up on holiday, we can only assume she’s been using this trick to keep her lengths looking healthy while spending time in the sun and chlorine water.

Speaking of Holly’s hair, the star surprised fans last month when she debuted an unexpected and lengthy hair transformation. Posing for an ad campaign with Marks & Spencer, Holly referenced the fact that her hair seems to have “magically” grown – and even joked that it’s because of all the sunshine we’ve been experiencing.

“A summer state of mind. New hair and new favourite pieces, courtesy of M&S! This gorgeous floral-print dress is perfect for those warm summer evenings. Keep an eye out for more of my top picks over on @marksandspencer! #MyMarks #AD,” she captioned the image posted to her Instagram grid.

“All this Vit D’s making my hair grow,” she added, knowing fans would instantly clock her longer lengths.

Long hair or short hair, we can all probably agree that Holly’s hair always looks glossy and healthy.
