'RHOA': Fans Critique Kenya Moore and Marc Daly's Relationship
11/19/2019Much of Kenya Moore‘s return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta has revolved around her journey as a new mother. On the most recent episode of the show, fans have critiqued her current relationship with her husband, Marc Daly.
Who is Marc Daly?
Daly is a businessman and restaurant owner. He and Moore got married in June 2017. In April 2018, Moore announced they were pregnant with their first child. Their daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly, was born on November 4, 2018. She was named Brooklyn because Daly and Moore first met in Brooklyn, New York.
If you remember correctly, Moore and Daly broke up in 2018. However, as of now, they are not divorced and continue to co-parent Brooklyn together.
Kenya Moore and Marc Daly seem to be going through a rough patch
On Sunday night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, viewers were shown the state of Moore and Daly’s relationship. In a conversation with her cousin, Che, Moore stated that she felt like she and Daly were not in a good place.
This point was further exemplified when Daly returned to Atlanta and had a family dinner with Moore and baby Brooklyn. During the dinner, Daly appeared to be disinterested in Moore and only concerned about their daughter.
On the current status of their relationship, Moore recently told Us Weekly: “I do think that things could get back on track if you have two people that want to. It’s good. We’re very cordial, very kind to each other right now. We’re working really well together and just being there for our daughter. I can’t really hope for anything else right now in terms of how we’re co-parenting. It’s been really wonderful so far.”
What fans are saying about Kenya Moore and Marc Daly
Viewers on social media buzzed about the scenes with Moore and Daly, noting them to be problematic. “This exchange between Kenya and Marc is weird. Does he even like Kenya?” said one person.
Another tweeted, “Imagine only seeing your HUSBAND every 7-10 days & he was as cold & distant as Marc is to Kenya. Cut them cameras cause…”
As for the storyline as a whole, one fan said, “That whole Kenya and Marc storyline is actually kind of sad in a way and they’ve only just scratched the surface with it.”
Another viewer wrote, “If Marc Daly don’t just tell this woman he don’t love her ASAP I’ll snap #RHOA wth is kenya doing with him??”
Some fans, however, were critical of Moore instead of Daly. “Kenya truly makes being her significant other impossible. She’s really mad that Marc said Brooklyn is number 1?? She is so insecure she’s jealous of her own daughter. She will never have a long lasting partner until she fixes all her demons & boy there’s a lot #RHOA,” said one viewer.
For their daughter’s sake, hopefully, Moore and Daly can successfully co-parent, even if they do not get back together.
