Nick Cannon gave fans ‘motivation’ for their Mondays with a hot video of himself nailing a series of workout moves, all while bearing his impressive six-pack!

Nick Cannon is motivating us to get abs like his! On the last Monday of November, the former America’s Got Talent host shared a “#motivationmonday” post for his five million Instagram followers, which was a video of himself executing a circuit of workout moves like bicycle crunches and weighted sit-ups. Nick’s six-pack was proof of the effectiveness of this workout, which was on full display as he filmed the video shirtless.

“A Diamond is just a chunk of coal who new how to handle the pressure!,” Nick captioned the steamy video, quoting an age-old saying. He added, “Do you focus on Lunch time or Crunch time??” It seemed like fans were more focused on Nick’s muscles, though, as they left fire emojis throughout his comments section.

It’s not the first time Nick has given his fans some fitness motivation! On Thanksgiving — or rather, “Thirst-Giving” — the Drumline star shared a steamy photo of himself holding on to a pair of ropes inside the gym. Nick clearly hasn’t fallen into a quarantine funk!

Aside from focusing on his fitness and health, Nick is also dedicating time to his rekindled relationship with Brittany Bell, whom he’s expecting a second child with. “Nick and Brittany have a complicated relationship, but they’re back together and extremely happy,” an insider EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife in the middle of November, after the parents were seen on a dinner date at the Nobu restaurant in Malibu on Nov. 9. Our insider added, “Nick is the only man Brittany loves and her love for him is very unconditional.
