My nightmare neighbour from hell blasts music any time of day – I haven’t been able to sit in my garden for MONTHS | The Sun

A WOMAN has claimed a "nightmare neighbour" who blasts loud music all day long has stopped her sitting out in her garden for months on end.

Tracey Smith said that her neighbour has been playing loud music for months despite several warning notices from the council.

She said that sometimes her neighbour would play music for hours, or just blast one song outat 2am.

In a video posted on TikTok Tracey claimed that the police had "been involved" but that the noisy neighbour "did not give a toss."

She said: "And yet he's still there in a council flat with elderly people and children around him."

Tracey said that the persistent noise had left her unable to enjoy her garden during the summer.

She added: "So here I am unable to sit in my garden or watch tv with every nerve in my body screaming."

Tracey did not reveal where she lived or which local authority was involved.

TikTok users offered Tracey advice and messages of support.

One said:"Environmental health will send you out forms to fill out the disturbances. Check to see if they are with housing association first and contact them."
