Is your boyfriend interested in giving up the booze and settling down? Talk to him about his health and risk-taking. Suggest he visits his GP for help and advice. 

Someone needs to ask him why he feels the need to throw caution to the wind and have sex with strangers. He also needs to explain why he never uses condoms. 

The future is for you to decide, but your arrangement strikes me as unhealthy and lop-sided.
