If you’ve been keeping up with Molly-Mae Hague’s Instagram then you’ll probably know that the 21-year-old beauty has been playing around with a few new hairstyles as of late.
She recently swapped her signature (and arguably now iconic) lengthy blonde extensions in favour of a shorter, more natural look – most likely to give her own hair a much-needed break.
But Molly-Mae is obviously ready to go back to her long locks and ditch the natural pulled-back bun, as she’s just showcased a brand new look – and it might be her best yet.

Taking to her Instagram grid to premier the look, the former Love Island contestant is pictured with masses of blonde hair, styled into retro springy curls. The whole look is very Sandy from the hit 1970’s movie Grease.
“Sandy girl,” she captioned her snap.
Followers were quick to dish out praise on her new look, with celeb friends and fans in awe of the style.

“Beautiful darling,” Helen Flanagan commented.
Fans were also frustrated at the fact that Molly-Mae hadn’t mentioned what tool she used to create these gorgeous curls, with one asking: “Ok is she gonna tell us how she did this hair orrr???”
We compared this new £12 Primark hair curler to a £130 styling tool – with these surprising results
Another asked: “Anybody know how to do this type of curl please? Is it a curling wand?”
Lots of people were speculating about whether the curls were created using Molly-Mae’s own Beauty Works Curl Kit,£89.99 here, while others said that the tight curls resembled those that a Chopstick Styler, £19.99 here, creates.
For now, until Molly-Mae dishes out her secrets, we’d advise you use a wand specifically for tight curls, like Babyliss Tight Curls Wand, £25 here. Add in some clip in extensions for thickness and length, and make sure you prep hair with a heat defence spray and also finish the look with a strong-hold hairspray.
