While many of us are familiar with the term ‘trophy wife,’ these men prove that aspirations of being ‘kept’ by a wealthier partner apply to both sexes. 

Men from across the globe have taken to the US-based anonymous secrets sharing app Whisper to reveal why they dream of being trophy husbands – admitting they would rather look after the kids, housework and their bodies than be the breadwinner for the family. 

Among the revelations include one man who admitted to having a desire to be ‘shown off and pampered’ – something which he put down to his ‘unusual childhood.’

Elsewhere, another told how he liked the idea of being married to a ‘successful’ woman who ‘used him for sex,’ while a third added that he wants to leave school and become a trophy husband because the idea of holding down a job ‘sounds boring.’
