Fast food fans will know by now that we’re in the swing of a McDonald’s deal bonanza.

The burger giant has been enticing customers with 24 deals in 23 days throughout January and today is no different.

Today, January 15, you can pick up a Big Mac and large fries or a Vegetable Deluxe and large fries for just £1.99 as part of its ‘Appy Days promotion.

Yesterday, McDonald’s sorted us out for breakfast with a free bacon roll to go with any hot drink.

And today, it's sorted out lunch for us with the cheap burger and fries deal.

All you have to do to redeem the promotion is download the McDonald’s app and show it to the cashier.

The deal should pop right up on the screen.

Alternatively you can order through the app – it works like the big display screens in store.

The deal starts from 11am and runs until 11.59pm.

Can’t decide which one to get?

The Big Mac is a McD's classic featuring two 100% beef patties, a cheese slice, lettuce, onion and pickles plus, the dreamy Big Mac sauce.

You can generally customise your Mac – so you can remove or add more pickles.

Or if you're looking for something new, the Vegetable Deluxe consists of two red-pepper vegetable goujons, lettuce and sandwich sauce in a soft white bun.

Please note that while the veggie dippers are vegan the Vegetable Deluxe is not as the sauce contains egg.

Around 1,200 UK branches are included in the offer but 28 are not as they aren’t available on the app.
