  • Lady Gaga posted a video of herself dancing on a bar while serving as a bridesmaid for her friend, Sarah Tanno’s, wedding.
  • Lady Gaga got down to “Yeah” by Usher and Lil Jon, dancing with both brides.
  • The “Shallow” singer’s legs are so strong, thanks to doing skater lunges and yoga.

Pretty much everyone knows by now that Lady Gaga is an incredible dancer (I mean, a ton of music videos, concert videos, and oh yeah, the Super Bowl halftime show don’t lie)… but girl is just like you and your besties when it comes to breaking it downnn at wedding receptions. This past weekend, Gaga—who recently declared that she’s a single lady, seemingly suggesting she broke up with her former BF Dan Horton—served as a bridesmaid at her BFF and makeup artist Sarah Tanno’s wedding, per People.

The “Shallow” singer looked gorgeous in a slinky pink dress with matching pink hair. She was posting about the event all weekend on her Instagram Stories. But the best video, hands down, is the one of her dancing on top of the bar with the bride and friends to “Yeah” by Usher and Lil Jon, a classic dance floor jam.

It’s hella impressive that Gaga doesn’t just get low (as the song demands, because duh) but stays there for the majority of the clips. Her legs are STRONG. Clearly. Gaga puts in some work to get herself super fit.

The A Star Is Born actress’ trainer Harley Pasternak told Us Weekly that she does 35-minute strength training sessions five days a week, and that she gets her cardio from performing. During those strength training sessions, Pasternak has Gaga do skater lunges to get her legs and butt extra toned.

And Gaga’s super into yoga, too. “She does yoga whenever she can,” a source told Us Weekly, “not just for the physical element but for the mental side as well.”

And Gaga works with a private yoga instructor, Tricia Donegan, whom she met while a New York University student taking classes at the teacher’s Bikram yoga studio on Allen Street, according to T, the New York Times Style magazine.
