Lady Kitty Spencer’s fashion tycoon husband Michael Lewis has been spotted at his sister-in-law Lady Amelia’s glamorous wedding celebrations in South Africa.

Princess Diana’s niece Amelia and Greg Mallett, both 30, tied the knot at exclusive venue La Cotte Farm, which offers a ‘unique winelands experience’, on March 21.

But photographs from the lavish event are still emerging online, with the bride’s twin sister, Lady Eliza Spencer, recently posting a host of stunning images of ‘more pre-wedding fun’ to her Instagram account.

One of the snaps seems to offer a rare sighting of her elusive brother-in-law Michael, who unlike Eliza and Amelia, prefers to stay out of the spotlight. He is seldom photographed publicly with his wife’s family.

In the picture, the businessman, 64, who is photographed chatting to a group of guests including Amelia, dons a cream linen suit with a crisp white shirt, while holding a beverage.

Amelia was dazzling in a glittering white sequin dress as she enjoyed her pre-wedding celebrations.

In one snap from the event, Amelia could be seen wearing a halter-neck shimmering gown, sweeping her blonde locks into a ponytail to reveal the dramatic scooped back.

Her new husband Greg appeared to be beaming in another photograph, donning a smart black suit with an open neck shirt and a pair of cool white trainers for the occasion.

Hairdresser Jack Merrick-Thirlway shared a number of snaps on Instagram as he posed with the couple and their loved ones.

Posting a photograph with Amelia, he called her ‘the most beautiful bride.’ Meanwhile sharing a picture of the newlywed Greg, he said: ‘I mean, just look at him!’

A third photograph showed Amelia’s twin sister Eliza, who was dressed in an elegant strapless blue gown.

Model Kitty, 32, caught the eye of business tycoon Michael when they met through mutual friends in 2018, and got married in a sumptuous Italian wedding ceremony on 24 July 2021.

Kitty, who is the niece of the late Princess Diana, has made a name for herself in the fashion world, as a model for Dolce & Gabbana, who supplied five dresses for her wedding, and walking in several Fashion Weeks across the globe.

Meanwhile, Michael knows a thing or two about fashion as well, being the chairman of the Foschini Group, which owns British high street chains Whistles and Phase Eight.

The tycoon is believed to be worth £80million, with a £19million property in London and another home in his native South Africa, where his wife grew up after her father, Charles, the 9th Earl Spencer and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood, divorced.

Amelia and her sister Eliza shared a number of snaps as they kicked off wedding celebrations in Cape Town last month.

The bride-to-be looked suitably stylish in a silk halter neck white gown while her partner of 11 years was smart in a white shirt and blue suit trousers.

The happy couple posed for photos next to the pool and shared images of them exchanging kisses and loving looks on their Instagram Stories.

Posting a photo of his future wife with her arms wrapped around him, Greg gushed to his 8,400 followers: ‘You’ll never not make me laugh. And I will never stop looking at you in awe.’

The groom then finished off his loving post with a single red love heart emoji and tagged Amelia – who then re-shared it with her 48,400 followers.

Wedding guest Jacinta Spencer – who is a makeup artist friend and not a direct relation – also posted a photo of Lady Amelia posing on the terrace as the sun set behind her.

She wrote: ‘The most beautiful pre-wedding reception for you. I love you with all my heart.’

On March 21, the couple tied the knot in spectacular fashion at the Cape Town venue.

While there are no prices available online for hiring out the venue, prices to stay in the main villa on the farm cost from £950 per night in the low season.

The farm, which is a stones throw from Franschhoek, dates back to 1698. It was among the first of the eleven Huguenot Farms granted to the French immigrants who fled their native country during the 17th century.

The on-site accommodation can house 102 guests, in-house catering, bar facilities, a hands-on venue manager who promises couples to oversee the running of the events.

Meanwhile there are also staff who will assist with setup and direct contact with trusted décor suppliers and other vendors.

Lady Amelia and Greg have previously attended a number of weddings at the venue for other friends and loved ones.
