Julia Haart used $50,000 of company cash to pay the retainer for her divorce attorney, new documents obtained by Page Six reveal.

The “My Unorthodox Life” star was fired from her role as CEO of Elite World Group in February amid her nasty divorce battle with EWG owner Silvio Scaglia.

Now, Page Six has seen documentation showing that Haart’s assistant used funds from e1972 — EWG’s made-to-measure clothing brand — to pay for a retainer for a divorce attorney at Miller Zeiderman LLP. It is unclear whether Haart reimbursed the company.

“Please see signed retainer attached. I will need an invoice for the $50,000. This will be coming from e1972 Inc.,” reads an email written from Haart’s assistant, Cristin Nguyen, to the law firm on Dec. 2, 2021, two months before Haart filed for divorce.

“Can we please have the invoice be very discreet? As this is going to accounting and we would like for this to be as low key as possible. Thank you!”

Reps for Haart did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

As Page Six previously reported, Haart, 51, filed for divorce from Scaglia, 63, on Feb. 9 after he fired her as CEO of his company.

Scaglia then filed a lawsuit against Haart, alleging she used company money to pay for everything from designer clothes to a boob job. He also accused her of “illegally” taking $850,000 from the company account the day he fired her.

Haart has denied all of the allegations.

As we reported, Haart is still living in the $65 million downtown penthouse she once shared with Scaglia, though we’re told he now wants to sell it.

“Until the division of assets is worked out, Scaglia is not objecting to Haart living there,” a source told us.

The source warned, however, that an EWG internal audit found “profligate” spending.
