The former Liverpool midfielder, 41, who retired from international football in 2014, has a lavish lifestyle and described how he was 'immensely proud' to become the new Head Coach of the West Midlands club.

Alex Gerrard, née Curran, 39, is a former nail technician and grew up in Aintree, Merseyside, before she started dating Steven in 2002.

Alex and Steven tied the knot in a beautifully romantic ceremony at Cliveden House in Berkshire, which was also where Meghan Markle stayed the night before her wedding to Prince Harry, surrounded by their closest friends and family in June 2007.
