Inside Alison Hammond’s gorgeous home as she bakes live for This Morning

Alison Hammond has given us a sneak peek inside her beautiful home while presenting live for This Morning during the coronavirus lockdown.

The hilarious former Big Brother contestant, 45, was hosting a baking segment for the ITV daytime show from her house in Birmingham, where she whipped up the Pret-inspired chocolate chip cookies.

Working from her kitchen Alison had the perfect TV set up, with a large island as the spot to show off her baking skills learned from her appearance on Celebrity Great British Bake Off.

Alison stood behind the white counter as she poured the ingredients into a mixing bowl for her chocolate and orange cookie recipe, while presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby watched on from the studio.

In the background Alison had really run with the theme of her segment sticking up illustrations of cookies all over her black kitchen cupboards.

And to give it more of a cosy effect hung up some fairy lights as well as a photo of Phil and Holly, who she said she missed the most during the lockdown.

It's not the first time we've had a look inside Alison's Birmingham home, as recently she posted Tik Tok video where her son Aiden walked in on her doing a saucy dance routine.

Alison was glammed up in a red checkered dress with a black top underneath, teamed with a red lip, hoop earrings and her hair in a bouncy blow-dry for the video.

The TV personality shared the video to her Instagram account and captioned the hilarious clip: "When you throw shapes in the kitchen and your son walks in not impressed."

She was dancing around in her kitchen when 14 year old Aiden entered the room behind her to both her and his surprise.

The This Morning star laughed at her son’s accidental gatecrash of her video, while he looked shocked at his mum’s moves.

Alison has also given brief glimpses of her living room while watching her own appearance on Celebrity Bake Off alongside James Blunt, Alex Jones and Joe Sugg.

She filmed herself laughing away at her attempts during each stage, but managed to sail to victory.

Above her television hung a collection of family photos, of herself and treasured snaps of her late mother.

There was also a spot of organisation with three white baskets neatly placed underneath the TV as well as a fluffy grey rug.

Several years ago Alison also revealed the unique design of her back garden, that featured some brightly coloured graffiti artwork.

She spoke to Westlife's Brian McFadden during an episode of Who's Doing the Dishes, which Alison featured on.

Alison cooked from her home for several guests and they had to rate her food, which she didn't get a good score for and ended up having to wash her own dishes.
