Speaking of the hand signal, Tom said on This Morning: “When she did that on her nose that's her little signal for the kids.”

Shane Richie

Shane Richie has joined Giovanna by sending a message to his wife Christie and their children, Mackenzie Blue, 14, Lolita Bell, 12, and Romani-Skye Angel, nine.

The soap star, 56, has been regularly spotted covering the sides of his face and making a “v” shape with his fingers on either side of his eye.
