The 31 year old mum-of-two, who lives in a stunning family home, took to Instagram to share a snap of herself and hubby Wayne Bridge looking frightfully good in their Halloween attire while posing in all black outfits at the front of their home.

Behind them, their two little boys, Parker and Carter, look like they’re having a terrific time while dressed up as skeletons and striking zombie poses.

Frankie, who recently shared a cheeky naked snap of Wayne in the shower, penned to her 1.2 million followers: “Lifting the boys SPIRITS with a little @ebay_uk Halloween haul…Don't they look too cute to spook?!!… “

The striking Halloween display put on by the former singer comes after she opened up on her latest mental health battle.

She’s recently been working on her fitness with Cecilia Harris from @resultswithcecilia but admitted she’s been “struggling to find the discipline to train.”

Taking to Instagram she said: “It’s frustrating because I know that mentally it’s going to make me feel so much better.”

She pointed out that the cold she’s just had and going straight into her period could be contributing to her lack of energy.

But the star also admitted she’s feeling the effects of “falling off the wagon,” explaining how she’s “really noticed the difference” since she’s stopped training.

After pointing out that she “used to be so good at doing at least something every day,” she explained that “falling off the wagon is fine.”

“If anyone else out there has kind of lost their mojo a bit, I’m with you,” she added assuringly.
