We’re used to seeing celebs wearing items that are usually insanely expensive, so it’s always great to see a star wearing something that won’t break the bank! 

The Stan Smiths are such a classic sneaker. This sneaker style actually originated in the 1960s and was adidas’ first ever court tennis shoe. Although they were originally designed for tennis, adidas decided to bring them into the 21st century as a part of their Originals line and they’ve since taken on a life of their own.

They’re made of a white leather upper with some perforated detailing for breathability. These shoes are all white with a couple of small green accents — at the top of the tongue with the Stan Smith logo as well as on the back of the heel. They are a low rise sneaker and lace up the front in a classic style.

These sneakers can be dressed up or down, which Elisabeth Moss demonstrates perfectly with the outfit that she paired them with. The Handmaid’s Tale actress wore her Stan Smith’s with a stunning midi length gunmetal metallic skirt with a basic black tee tucked in and an edgy motorcycle style jacket over top. With the addition of these adidas sneakers, it gives this look a more casual and cool vibe while still being dress enough to wear for an appearance.
