'Bachelor's' Kelley Flanagan Had A Lot To Say About Those Peter Weber Dating Rumors

When former Bachelor contestant Kelley Flanagan showed up at the season 24 finale, fans were left scratching their heads. Kelley, who was eliminated fifth in Peter Weber’s season, was noticeably missing from the “Women Tell All” episode, but somehow scored an invite to the drama-filled finale. She even got a shoutout from Chris Harrison when he said, “It’s important that you’re here.” Why? Fans (and Kelley) still don’t know.

However, Bachelor spoilers king Reality Steve revealed in his post-finale blog on Wednesday that he’d been hearing rumors for months that Kelley and Peter were dating—or at least, romantically involved—since he broke off his engagement to Hannah Ann. So… is Kelley dating Peter? And was his reunion with Madison Prewett just for show?

Well, Kelley answered fans’ burning questions about her and Peter’s rumored love life in a new interview. “I have heard that. I heard that I’m pregnant, and I also heard that I’m with Peter right now,” she told E! News. “I promise I’m not dating Peter. I’m not dating Peter.”

Still, she didn’t address some of the major (albeit unverified) tea Reality Steve spilled after the Bachelor finale. “Lets just say ever since Super Bowl weekend (just days after he ended his engagement to Hannah Ann), there have been rumors swirling Peter spent the weekend with Kelley and they slept together. I don’t know if we can rule those out anymore,” he wrote. “I mean, she’s definitely not pregnant like some assumed, but, where there’s smoke there is certainly some fire.”

“And hell, you know Barb would approve of it. Look what she wrote under Kelley’s post last night,”he continued, referencing an Instagram comment Peter’s mom, Barbara, left on a photo of Kelley from the finale.

“The Most Beautiful, Elegant, Classy, Intelligent Stylish Girl in the World!!!You were and will always be my Fav rav❤️,” she wrote. And that backs up another clue fans are pointing to: Kelley is the only former Bachelor contestant Peter’s parents currently follow on Instagram. (Then again, it’s no secret that Barb isn’t Madi’s biggest fan.)

Barbara has no complaints about Kelley, though. The lawyer also revealed to E! News that she’s actually Barb’s favorite contestant. “Barb loves me, I guess I’m her favorite. I learned that last night at the finale. She came up to me and told me, gave me the biggest hug and she was, she was so sweet to me,” Kelley told the outlet. “I can’t hate her when someone’s so nice to me. Yeah she gave me a big hug, she’s like, ‘You’re beautiful, I love you, oh my God, I was your fan since night one!’ Barb I guess wants to get lunch with me and go shopping and hey, whatever, you know.”

Still, some fans are not buying Kelley’s explanation, including one Reddit user whose coworker was allegedly at the finale taping and (again, allegedly) overhead an interesting conversation between Barb’s friends who were also in the audience. “She emphasized that they kept talking about how Peter and Kelley had been dating since his engagement with HA ended. I also asked her what Peter and Madison were like during the commercial breaks when they were sitting next to each other and she said they barely spoke and kept a big distance between them. No touching, flirting, etc,” wrote Reddit user @Terelucia.

Take from that what you will, but Reality Steve said he saw this one coming and predicts fans will begin hearing more rumors—and maybe even some truth—about what’s been really going on in Peter’s love life soon.

“I cannot stress this enough. You are going to start seeing stories of Peter with other women over these last few months, you’re gonna see stories about how last night was a complete joke, Peter and Madi aren’t even together, they did it for show, Peter is with Kelley, Peter is with Julie, Peter is with some other women,” he said in his blog.

The only thing Bachelor Nation know for sure is that, if all this is true, then Barb will definitely be one happy woman.
