The 2022 Grammys will air on April 3! In honor of music’s biggest night, Wonderwall.com is looking back a decade to the 2012 show to see who was there and what they wore, starting with this winner… Adele had a massive night at the 54th Annual Grammys, winning in all six categories in which she was nominated, and tying Beyonce for the record for most Grammys won by a female artist in one night. She arrived in a custom black Giorgio Armani dress glimmering with sequins embroidered onto a black mesh overlay. Adele’s diamond earrings and bold red lip tied the look together perfectly — and made for a timeless ensemble.
