Home and Away spoilers: Ryder is discovered with a topless girl in his bed

Ryder (Lukas Radovich) has been holding a celebratory party at the caravan park with some high school friends to celebrate the end of his HSC trials. However, Bella (Courtney Miller) has used the party to get hold of some free booze and has been drowning her sorrows.

Realising Bella is out of control, Ryder does his best to cover for his friend, replying to Colby’s (Tim Franklin) text for her when he asks how everything is going. Colby finds ‘Bella’s’ excessive use of emojis suspicious, but Mackenzie (Emily Weir) says he should stop worrying so much.

Later, Ryder finds Bella looking worse for wear. She says she’s going home, but Ryder tells her Colby would be furious if he saw her in this state. He also points out that he’d get arrested for supplying alcohol to teenagers.

Ryder walks her over to the pier, then heads into his house to get her water, painkillers and food. However, Alf (Ray Meagher) and Roo (Georgie Parker) catch him and ask why he isn’t at the party. They soon figure out he’s hiding something, and he confesses that the party got out of hand.

While Alf storms away to shut it down, Ryder sneaks Bella up to his room so she can sober up. However, she falls asleep and he can’t get her to wake up. He sends a text off Bella’s phone to Colby, saying a bunch of friends are staying over at Ryder’s place.

In the morning, Colby shows up to pick up Bella, but Alf and Roo have no idea what he’s talking about when he asks for her. Sensing something is up, the adults head upstairs – and open the door to reveal Bella sat in Ryder’s bed without a shirt on…
