Watch out, Starbucks. Chip and Jo are getting into the precious, Instagrammable coffee market.

On Friday, Joanna Gaines revealed details of yet another addition to the ever-growing Magnolia Market at the Silos: Magnolia Press.

The “good corner coffee shop,” as Gaines describes it in a blog post, is scheduled to open this fall “just one block down from the Silos.”

Gaines explained that she and Chip purchased the building where Magnolia Press will open more than a year ago, but didn’t know exactly what it would be.

“When we evaluated what we felt was missing from the overall experience [of Magnolia Market] and how we could use the old building next door, everyone on our team agreed a good corner coffee shop would make the perfect fit,” she wrote.

She further explained that the name — Magnolia Press — was inspired by “this idea of a french press and the slower (but very rewarding) process of making a rich, good cup of coffee.”

She said she hopes the shop will, in turn, inspire visitors to the Magnolia Market to slow down and “savor” their time at the Silos.

While the project won’t be complete until the fall, Gaines shared previews of the inside and outside of the space on her social media channels.

Magnolia Market at the Silos currently encompasses two blocks in Waco, Texas, and includes a bakery, a space for food trucks, a garden, a retail shop and a “big green lawn for playing cornhole and throwing the football around,” according to its website.
