Phil says that using the air fryer will save at least an hour of your time. He continued: “Instead, simply wash and chop your potatoes, add to an air fryer with a little bit of olive oil, plus any herbs or spices. Cook until golden and you’ll be left with perfectly crispy roast potatoes, full of flavour, saving at least an hour of time too!”

This he says will make the “perfect, crispy roast potatoes. Adding garlic and rosemary is also said to make the spuds taste even nicer.

Phil recommends adding them into the airfryer for 35 minutes at 190 degrees. He added: “Halfway through, add an additional drizzle of olive oil to the potatoes to give them that extra crisp.

“You can add an extra twist to the roast potatoes and use infused olive oils, such as truffle-infused olive oil to really elevate the flavours. Not only will these potatoes be delicious, but you can cook them in half the amount of time, making the recipe much more time and energy-efficient!”
