I’m not a big drinker, but I’ll pretty much never say no to a glass of Malibu and Coke. So when I heard about Malibu’s new Strawberry Spritz, I nearly hopped a flight to London because, yup, it’s currently only available in the UK. The good news? The brand’s sparkling rum-based cocktail has hints of strawberry and coconut, and I can’t think of a tastier poolside drink.

Not only does it sound delicious, but the drink’s bubbly pink bottle basically makes it look like Elle Woods herself in cocktail form — totally Instagram-worthy. As Malibu’s first ready-to-drink cocktail, the Strawberry Spritz will come with a cork that you’ll have to pop off the bottle to get to all those tropical flavors, but I have a feeling breaking out the bottle opener will definitely be worth it.

Currently sold at Tesco and other retailers across the UK, the fizzy bottled cocktail has an 11 percent ABV and retails for about $12 (£9.50). Here’s to hoping it will be available in the US soon!
