Cadbury orange buttons will soon be available to chocolate lovers. Food bloggers set social media on fire last night when it was revealed Cadbury would soon launch Cadbury orange buttons. But when do they go on sale?

Orange flavoured chocolate fans virtually queued en masse today as Cadbury launched a Twirl Orange presale.

These treats were released in 2019, but not everyone was able to get hold of one.

These bars were in fact sold on eBay for £700 a box.

However, for fans of these bars, they were able to get their hands on bars today during a pre-sale online.

The Cadbury’s Orange Twirl pre-sale on August 18 offered 5,000 bars to those who were the first in the queue.

But for those that missed out on the midday sale, there is no need to despair as there will be another online presale.

The second pre-sale will take place on August 20 where 5,000 more bars will be made sold on this date.

The presale will only be accessible to those who support Cadbury on social media.

Radhika Pai, Brand Manager for Cadbury at Mondelez said: “We are very excited to bring limited-edition Twirl Orange back in the UK after the positive response it received last year.

“It was clear our fans loved Twirl Orange, so we wanted to give people more chances to enjoy it, especially anyone that missed out last year.

“The online pre-sale means that everyone has a chance to get their hands on one, no matter where they are in the UK, from the comfort of their homes.”

The bar will cost 69p each, which is an increase of 4p from last year’s retail price.

For those lucky enough to get a bar, postage to your home is free.

Plus you will receive some surprise “collectables” with your bar.

But for those unable to get their hands on these bars, they will be able to buy them in stores from mid-September.

When do Cadbury’s chocolate orange buttons go on sale?

Social media users are sharing their excitement at the news of another new product.

Pictures of Cadbury’s chocolate orange buttons and chocolate orange fingers have been circulating online.

One Twitter user wrote: “Cadbury’s bringing out chocolate orange fingers and chocolate orange buttons. Is that 2020 starting to look up?”

Another tweeted: “I need these in my life right now please thank you anything chocolate orange. I’m all over it #cadbury #chocolateorange #fingers #buttons”.

One person tweeted: “These have my name written all over them these have just arrived at convenience stores and will arrive soon in the supermarkets. Pick up these NEW Cadbury Dairy Milk Orange Giant Buttons.”

Several chocolate fans said they had spotted the special orange treats these products in Londis stores.

But it has been rumoured they will shortly be available in supermarkets.

Food blogger NewFoodsUK told ED! they bought the Giant Buttons and the Orange Fingers for £1.95 each at Londis.

The range is thought likely to be available in Londis and Budgens stores now, but will shortly be available in One Stop shops from mid-August.

Food bloggers have said the new chocolate products will be available in Tesco from September.
