THE satin midi skirt has been a must-have for months and now Topshop has released two new chic styles as part of its Topshop Loves collection.

At £29 each, the high street giant has dropped both a leopard print and a floral style and they're the perfect piece for the summer heatwave.

Taking to social media to share its new styles, the brand wrote: "CALIFORNIA DREAMING… The San Diego Skirt is here!"

And fashion fans have been going wild ever since..

Each skirt is midi in length with a chic side slit and available in sizes 4-18.

Mega versatile, they can be dressed up or down and paired with either strappy sandals or trainers – for a more relaxed vibe.

Simply tuck in a white Tee or a crop top and – if the weather takes a turn – add a slouchy jumper.

Priced at £29, they're set to fly off the shelves, with previous Topshop Loves pieces selling out in a matter of hours.

For months, the fashion giant has released a new hero piece each week, including a blue and white striped Sicily Dress which featured a one-shoulder ruffle design and the Austin print dress – dubbed the "It" style of 2019.
