Radford family create 'all inclusive holiday resort' for 22 kids in garden with club reps, swimming pool & slush puppies

BRITAIN’S biggest family, the Radfords, hosted an 'all inclusive hotel day' for their kids – in their back garden.

Mum-of-22, Sue, shared a video on her YouTube page of the day which looked amazing.

In it she said: "Today we have decided to do an all inclusive day in the garden.

"You know when you go on all inclusive holiday and you get to eat and drink throughout the day and you ice cream whenever you want, snacks whenever you like – that's what it's going to be like.

"And you get to go in the pool, play games. You get to have Ellie, Amiee, Katie and Chloe as your club reps, dancing, singing and playing games with you.

"All inclusive at the Radfords!"

There was a Slush Puppy machine operated by dad, a competition to see who could stay in the pool the longest and even blow up palm trees.

With the weather sunny, it looked like the kids had a great time.

Earlier this year Sue, 45, and husband Noel, 48, from Morecambe, Lancashire, embarked on a massive DIY project earlier this year, transforming their garden. 

The parents, who welcomed baby number 22, Heidie, in April, ditched real grass in favour of artificial lawn, to try and stop their kids from getting muddy in the garden. 

With lush faux turf outside now, Sue revealed she keeps it clean by vacuuming it. 

Last week she shared a story to Instagram, showing herself taking the £600 cordless Dyson for a spin outside as she spruced up the lawn ahead of the scorching heatwave.

Sue said: “Grass hoovered.

“Now to turn this garden into something excited for the kids.”

The parents documented their garden transformation in March, with Noel explaining: “We’ve got a bit of a project on the go.

“We’re changing this from real grass to fake grass just to make it a lot cleaner for the kids.”

Noel used 20 tonnes of hardcore to level out the garden, which was uneven in certain areas.

He was helped out by Sue and their older son Daniel, 20, as well as a few “little helpers.”

Noel joked: “My God they’ve made it hard work.”

The lads worked on the garden for hours, including laying decking and cladding the walls. 

Noel finally downed tools at 8.45pm, saying: “I started about 2 o’clock, I’ve had three of the boys and myself, and Sue shovelling this stuff around and wheelbarrowing that around.”

The new garden went down a treat with the kids, and the fake grass did its job, with Noel adding: “The kids are all playing out today and none of them are mucky or anything they’re all clean.”

Sue added that she had more plans for the garden, adding: “We want to get a projector for the kids so that they can have movie night, with some big bean bags.”

The Radfords are Britain's biggest family, with Noel and Sue parents to Chris, 30, Sophie, 26, Chloe, 24, Jack, 22, Daniel, 20, Luke, 19, Millie, 18, Katie, 17, James, 16, Ellie, 14, Aimee, 13, Josh, 12, Max, 11, Tillie, nine, Oscar, eight, Casper, seven, Hallie, four, Phoebe, three, Archie, two and Bonnie, one.

Meanwhile, Heidie, was born in April.

Sadly, the couple's 17th child Alfie arrived stillborn on July 6, 2014.

They also have three grandchildren – who are Sophie's kids – Daisy, six, Ayprill, four, and Leo, two.

Millie is due to give birth in September.

The parents famously don’t claim benefits and rely on Noel’s bakery business to make ends meet.

And they showed off their fun garden with bean bags and water stations as they enjoy the heatwave.

Shopping for Britain’s biggest family means Sue’s shopping list already included 100 nappies, 16 loaves of bread, 114 pints of milk, 48 large eggs, 3kg of pasta, 24 chicken breasts and 28 toilet rolls.
