Parents swear by £2 detangling brush to help tame their daughter's hair & it's much cheaper than similar £20 versions

PARENTS are raving about a bargain hairbrush that helps tame their daughter's luscious locks without the usual struggle.

One mum shared the £2.40 find on Facebook and revealed it now takes five minutes to do her daughter's hair instead of 15 as it once did.

The detangling brush is from Savers and many argue it's better than some more expensive versions that can cost up to £20.

"Instead of paying £20 for a detangling brush, Savers are selling them for just £2.40! It used to take at least 15 minutes to style my daughter’s hair but now only takes 5 at most," the happy mum write in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group.

She loves it so much, in fact, that she picked up a purple one for her daughter and a "beautiful beige one" for herself as the price made it impossible to refuse.

The cheap buy proved popular too as the post attracted thousands of comments from people who raved about "life saving" brush.

"I have one of these an love it. My hair gets so knotty and I have a sensitive scalp so it hurts to brush but with this eco brush its pain free. Definitely a good buy," one person said

"My daughters hair is extremely hard to brush very curly think and Afro like hair,would highly recommend this! She hasn’t screamed once," said another.

Another raved: "These are fab!! My 6 year old now doesn’t object to having her hair brushed!!"

And a fourth added: "Brilliant brush. I’ve got one and bought one for my daughter and granddaughter."

One mum shared a picture of her daughter's beautiful thick hair and couldn't give the brush enough praise.

She said: "This is the only brush my daughters will let me use – it's amazing. My just turned 4 year old has long, thick hair and we have no dramas with this brush- it glides through."

According to the Savers website, the product is an "eco-friendly detangling hair brush, designed with flexible nylon bristles that massage the head with every brush stroke"

It's also "fully recyclable", and works on "all types of hair including curly and very curly hair".
