JAMEELA Jamil’s accusations of racism towards Meghan Markle are ‘an insult to us all’ says Prince Harry’s biographer.

Penny Junor, author of Prince Harry: Brother, Solider, Son, Husband, has hit back at the British actress who attacked England and the press in a tweet last week.

Jameela, 33, wrote: “Ugh. Dear England and English press, just say you hate her because she's black, and him for marrying a black woman and be done with it God dammit.

“Your bullying is so embarrassing and obvious. You've all lost your marbles. It's 2019. Grow up.”

However, this didn’t sit well with Penny, who said that the nation embraced Meghan with ‘an outpouring of love.’

Writing for the Mail she said: “To use the racist card is insulting to us all.

“Where was Jamil on that glorious day in 2018 when the Prince of Wales stood in for her father Thomas Markle and proudly walked Meghan down the aisle?

“Seldom have I seen such outpouring of love from the public and it was for Meghan just as much as Harry.”

It comes just a few days after Piers Morgan slammed Jameela for branding the whole of England racist.

Piers, who has clashed with Jameela on Twitter before, hit back at her aforementioned tweet pointing out Jameela was accusing “all 55 million people in England of being vile racist bullies”.

He added: “I suggest YOU grow up, Mrs Jamil, you pathetic virtue-signalling twerp.”

Piers also took issue with Jameela defending Meghan and Prince Harry using private jets with her argument of it “wouldn’t be safe” for normal fliers if they flew commercial.

This followed pictures of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex boarding a 12-seater Cessna jet with son Archie Harrison in the South of France being released this week.

The Good Place actress, who one of the 'Game Changers' on the front cover of Meghan’s guest-edit Vogue wrote: “And ALSO, it’s not safe for us to be on the same planes as royals or presidents you absolute muppets.

“They are prime targets for kidnap and sometimes assassination.

“It’s in the interest of us civilians to not be endangered by proximity to people in such powerful positions.”

Piers retorted: “Even by your standards this is hilariously stupid.

“The royal Sussex eco-warriors flew in BA economy to Nice last year – nobody died, from memory”.

In more royal news, the Sun's former royal editor says that Prince Harry has become "hypocritical, preachy and detached" and is no longer the "people's prince."
