DO you want to look classy and elegant? There are some very big fashion trends we should apparently be avoiding this summer.

Antonia Higham, who posts videos on how to look stylish, revealed seven items to avoid if you want to look your best.

On her @antoniahighamx account, she wrote: “7 things elegant women never wear in summer.”

The first thing you should ditch from your wardrobe is crop tops, as they can cheapen your look, according to the style expert. 

Secondly, Crocs should never be part of your look. 

Other items to avoid are denim shorts, T-shirts and bralet tops.

It’s also bad news if you like to wear Birkenstocks and cheap playsuits.

Antonia added: “Clothing to avoid this summer, if you want to level up.”

Her video has racked up half a million views and people were quick to chime in with their views. 

One said: “The truth hurts……but this is completely accurate.”
