ARE you a parent who is always confused as to how your child has lost their school cardigan again and again?

Thanks to a handy hack from a fellow mum, you will no longer need to worry that their uniform will end up going walkabouts.

Mum and TikTok user Jo, who describes herself as an “upcycling” pro and “sewing mum”, shared a video titled “Never have a child lose a cardigan again by doing this.”

She then told the people who follow her account @arosetintedworld: “Here’s an easy sewing clothes labelling tip.

“I usually put labels and stamp my daughter’s clothes, but there’s never anything to hang them with.”

Jo then explained all her trick needs is a leftover piece of rainbow ribbon – or another bright colour will do.

The mum then demonstrated how to do it, showing herself with the ribbon, and a needle.

She continued: “So I keep any little bit of ribbon and use a couple of stitches at either end just to attach it in place.”

Jo then showed how it formed a little loop at the top of the cardigan – perfect for hanging it up and keeping it safe.

She continued: “Now you have a little loop for your child to hang it up at school so they never lose it.”
