ONE of the biggest gripes with white trainers is how quickly they look muddy and old.

However, one woman revealed how she reuses her trainers for years thanks to her hack which leaves them looking as good as day one.

TikTok user @mlovehdz_ uploaded a video showing her cleaning tip, and it has racked up over 300,000 likes.

She explained: “Let me show you how I refresh my sneakers to make them look almost brand new.

“I do this process every three to five months, and keep in mind all my sneakers are more than three years old, so it definitely works.

“Also in this economy, I’m gonna make these sneakers last me until they literally fall apart.
