The beauty lover, from Germany, decided to give her naturally dark roots a DIY touch-up but things went from bad to worse in a matter of minutes.

Not only did her long locks fall out in chunks but a large portion of her hair also snapped off at the roots, leaving her with a very uneven look.
Some viewers even thought the only option was to go for a mullet or simply shave it all off for a fresh start.

Despite the recommendations, to salvage whatever hair was left, Kim decided to book an appointment at a salon, where she had her hair cut shoulder length.
