Disney fans are making Mickey Mouse-themed wreaths for Christmas 2020

DISNEY fans are getting in the festive spirit early with their very own Mickey Mouse-themed wreaths.

One woman shared a snap of her beautiful Christmas wreath and it wasn't long before fellow Disney lovers got in on the act.

Posting on Facebook page Mrs Hinch Made Me Do It, the woman simply said, "So my mum wanted a Mickey Mouse themed wreath".

The first photo shows a plain wooden wreath with two smaller wreaths attached to the top half with some plastic cable tie to make the ears.

The other pictures illustrate the three main steps in making the stunning decoration.

First, it's covered in green faux foliage, which can be bought online.

Next, a decorative golden snowflake ribbon is wrapped around the wreath several times, adding some subtle sparkle.

Last of all, small red baubles are attached in clusters of three, mixing glittery baubles with plain, shiny ones.

A cute miniature lamp hangs in the centre (bought from Sainsbury's) and a red and white candy cane rests just above it.

The bare wooden rings were bought from Hobbycraft and the faux green garland was purchased on Amazon.

The post received over a thousand likes and reactions, and over one hundred comments from people tagging their friends and encouraging them to try their hand at making one, too.

One commenter said: "it’s so amazing, your mum is one lucky lady to have a kind daughter".
