SEVEN months ago, Amy Robach and TJ Holmes' shock affair cost them their jobs on national TV and tore their marriages apart.

But a business expert has said the couple's exes Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue have finally retaliated, and together will not be looking back.

In May, TJ's ex-wife Marilee Fiebig, 45, announced a new venture online.

The lawyer captioned her Instagram post: "LAUNCHING TODAY! 'AXIS HATS NEW YORK'."

She wrote: "So proud to be announcing this new venture, along with my creative soul sister and founder of AXIS HATS NEW YORK @cathrinewhite."

Marilee added that the project, which produces collegiate art pieces, embodied "creativity, trust, tenacity, and innovation".

Her advisory position is also set out in prime position on the Axis Hats New York website.

The write-up details the lawyer's many high-profile professional accolades.

Further down the page, Amy's estranged husband Andrew Shue, 56, is also featured.

The former Melrose Place star is also a board advisor and his career coups are listed.

He is also the co-founder of the digital media firm, CafeMedia .

The former soccer player and activist's profile also includes a compliment.

Andrew's business acumen is clear but little is known about his friendship with Marilee, or how the pair arrived here.

In an exclusive interview, small business expert Carol Roth told The U.S. Sun: “By seeing Marilee’s name on an advisory board with Andrew Shue, a clear statement has been made.

"It would definitely raise an eyebrow to see that both of the people that they (Amy and TJ) were married to now working together.

"That extra kicker is that Andrew and Marilee are pursuing something that potentially could be successful.

"Perhaps the other side’s prospects have gone in the other direction.

"What I would say here is that you have two very accomplished individuals who bring a lot to the table.

"They bring the three C's: credibility, connections, and capital.

"Marilee’s background is incredibly substantial because she is a lawyer, has wonderful connections, and has her Roc Nation experience.

"Marliee seems like a total dynamo.

"Andrew is very successful in the media and creator space.

"There is a logical overlap.

"Somebody with his background could help Axis Hats in terms of determining marketing and advertising plans."

Our expert also noted how Marilee and Andrew could have been planning a way forward to get revenge on Amy and TJ while enhancing their success story.

“Perhaps they are saying, ‘Well, what is the best way to get back here?'" explained Carol, who is also an author.

"They may have been deciding the best way to get back is if they can both help each other be even more successful.

“Perhaps Marilee and Andrew are not going to let this brouhaha get in the way of their own successes.

“If you have controversy around you, why not lean into it and leverage it, which they have now?

“Success could also be the ultimate revenge, but at the end of the day, the best revenge is business success.”

By contrast, just a few weeks ago ABC confirmed Eva Pilgrim and DeMarco Morgan were replacing TJ, 45, and Amy, 50, as hosts on GMA3.

When their affair was exposed, ABC News quickly pulled the longstanding co-anchors off the air.

Amy and TJ were later suspended because of their alleged months-long romance.

While their respective broadcasting careers were left hanging, the couple's 12-year marriages collapsed, and both separated.

TJ filed for divorce from Marilee almost immediately in December. They share a daughter Sabine, 1O.

The U.S. Sun also revealed that, despite a report that Amy and Andrew had finalized their divorce, the papers have yet to be filed.

Amy and TJ have been seen out in New York and elsewhere, showing plenty of PDA.

Despite being unemployed, the veteran TV hosts look like a happy couple.

The ousted GMA3 star's job prospects are unclear despite being fired from ABC in January.

“Regarding Amy and TJ, I always hate to try to get into people's heads and put words in there,” added Carol.

“With any kind of affair, it must have been really difficult and in the public domain.

“I am not in the middle of the situation so it is not for me to judge other than to just say, life is hard.

"It is hard to navigate and we never know all the reasons behind that.

"Business and personal emotions also do not work really well together.

“It is one thing to have a therapist and it is another thing to have business partners and advisors.

“Similarly, for Marilee and Andrew’s new venture, they need to not let that emotional piece get in the way.

"They need to keep focused on the business and this needs to be their number one goal.

"It might make people think what they are doing a little bit more interesting and they might wonder about the collaboration.

“You never want people to stop talking about your business and there is no such thing as bad publicity.

“There are lots of people who would kill to have some chatter around their business.

"Particularly a startup like this.”

Until now, Marilee and Andrew have maintained very low profiles professionally and personally.

In fact, sightings of Andrew have been few and far between.

After he and Amy divided their assets, Andrew was seen meeting up to exchange their dog, Brody.

Then in May Andrew’s son Nate, who he shares with his ex-wife Jennifer Hageney, shared a photo of his dad in London on Instagram.

Since November Marilee took a break from Instagram only to return to share news of her work efforts.

In April the mom of one posted pics for a new project for Margot Magazine.

She is also the Chief Diversity Officer of Save the Children and on the Board of Trustees for Brooklyn Independent Middle School.

“Marilee has been fairly quiet, but she is smart, " added Carol, a recovering investment banker, whose book, You Will Own Nothing hits the shelves in July.

“Business advisors are usually established individuals who lend their expertise and names to businesses of all sizes.

“As an advisor, it really is very loosely structured.

"It depends on the business and the person to come together and find out something that makes sense.

“For them that's interesting and they may just have a bunch of different advisors that they interact with informally.

“Axis Hats is a very early-stage venture.

“It is very difficult for small businesses to see success quickly, and the majority fail over five years.

“As champions of small businesses and entrepreneurs, we obviously want to root for success.

"Interestingly, the Axis Hats website itself is also understated and not traditionaL

“The advisory board is not carved out in a separate section so it is layered and not something that everybody would stumble across.

“It is also interesting as they seem to be just letting people find out about it."
