John Mulaney and Olivia Munn Seen Out in NYC After Controversial Pregnancy Announcement

One of the biggest surprises this past week was that John Mulaney and his new girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, were expecting their first child. When the news broke, nearly everyone had an opinion. And since that announcement, the expecting couple has been seen out in NYC together.

On September 10, Mulaney and Munn were seen looking comfy in black face masks and oversized coats as they entered a taxi in NYC. You can find the photos here.

Munn, already showing, was wearing a black ensemble, with an oversized tan coat, topped off with flats and a black bag. Mulaney sported a casual look with a cardigan, black coat, black baseball cap, and Nike shoes. With his gray backpack in one arm, holding Munn’s back with the other, the two look closer than ever. 

In the famous Late Night With Seth Meyers episode, Mulaney told him how it all started. “I went to rehab in September, I got out in October, I moved out of my home from my ex-wife. Then in the spring I went to Los Angeles and met and started to date a wonderful woman named Olivia.” Less than four months after they announced their blooming relationship, comes a new bundle of joy on the way. 

Many fans are upset with the news, saying the timeline makes no sense and that Anna, Mulaney’s wife, deserved better. One person tweeted, “There’s a lot of people expressing their support of john mulaney and olivia munn having a baby, but nearly no one is supporting anna marie tendler as she has to hear about how her soon-to-be ex-husband of 7 years got a high profile actress pregnant after ~4 months of dating.”

But some fans are just happy for the expecting couple, with one tweeting in all caps, “Congratulations to John Mulaney and Olivia Munn, I am so happy for you guys.”
