Gogglebox star's family pop champagne as they celebrate 'losing his virginity'

Gogglebox star George Baggs was treated to a celebratory cake and balloon display after his family learned he had lost his virginity.

The 20-year-old and his relatives found fame after they cast judgement over television’s latest releases and have since adopted millions of followers on TikTok.

Poking fun at his coming of age, George’s brother Joe, 26, uploaded a montage of the party in commemoration of his younger sibling doing the deed.

He shared the footage with a caption that read: ‘Why are we like this…but also congratulations @George i’m sure she had the best 2 seconds of her life x [sic],’ and added Deli by Ice Spice as the backing music.

Across the screen, Joe penned the words: ‘POV: your brother loses his virginity’ and appeared no screen wearing a pink metallic traditional party hat.

The clip began with the man of the hour enthusiastically entering a room in their house with a massive grin on his face.

Transitioning to a new scene, the brothers’ mum Lisa danced to the added sound and showed the camera a frosted cake that said: ‘Body count 1, congrats,’ with an iced red love heart.

She sported the same party hat as he son and joined in the fun as the trio popped champagne in the back garden.

They ended the funny ode by lining up in front of the phone and popping celebration streamers while George showed off his cake once more.

Fans of the TV-stars-turned-social-media-influencers shared their thoughts in the comment section and flooded the space with a torrent of congratulations.

One penned: ‘I’ve never been more excited for someone in my entire life,’ while another said: ‘feel like a proud mum his finally lost it omg [sic].’

‘This should be a nationally recognised yearly holiday imo [sic],’ was a separate account’s reaction to the news to which Joe responded: ‘Might make a Baggs Family Calendar just for this.’

Hailing from Essex, the hilarious duo first appeared on the Channel 4 fixture with their mum and dad Terry in 2020.

They left the show in May 2022 and went on to cultivate impressive social media followings as well as launching their own podcast aptly titled Not My Bagg.
