Charlize Theron Buys Dramatically Renovated, Sun-Soaked Studio City Bungalow for $2.6 Million – See Photos!

After just recently selling her Beverly Grove home for $2 million, actress Charlize Theron is changing up her property portfolio yet again with a new purchase: a fully-renovated Bungalow in Studio City for $2.64 million, Dirt reported.

Prior to the A-lister’s purchase, the 1940s home was reportedly taken “down to studs” and was completely rebuilt and redesigned by designer and builder Rob Diaz. Features of the newly-renovated roughly 2,000-square-foot home include a high-performance roof, high-quality insulating floor-to-ceiling windows, Carrara marble counters in the kitchen, and tumbled limestone floor tiles in the bathrooms.

The property, which has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, also includes a newly-landscaped courtyard entry with a Manzanillo olive tree, a freshly sodded backyard, and a two-car detached garage.
