Una Healy breaks silence in first interview since Ben Foden’s shock wedding

Una Healy has spoken about how her life has changed 'a lot' in the past year since her divorce from Ben Foden.

In an interview published today by the Irish News , given before her ex's shock wedding to his girlfriend of two weeks Jackie Belanoff was confirmed, Una vowed to put the past behind her.

Una and Ben had gone through a bitter divorce after it emerged he had cheated on his wife and mother of two children Aoife, seven, and Tadhg, four.

Since their split Una has moved on with her new boyfriend David Breen, going public with their romance at Christmas last year.

While Una has yet to publicly speak on her ex's whirlwind nuptials, she is said to be 'shocked' at the news the rugby player has married someone he's known for just two weeks .

Speaking about family life and relying on exercise as a stress relief in the interview, the former Saturdays singer, 37, explained how she was moving on in her life and career.

"Oh gosh, life in general just changes all the time, doesn't it? Not just because I'm not in the group anymore, but because my whole life has changed a lot in the last year even.

"So much can happen in five years, and so little can happen. That's why I hate when anyone asks the question, 'Where do you see yourself in five years?' because you never have any idea. A day can change your life.

"You just have to expect that. You can only take one day at a time and you can't relive your past. You have to just keep positive as much as you can, take it as it comes and enjoy it."
