TOWIE’s Fran Parman hits back at trolls who mocked her weight gain as she loses 10 pounds

Fran Parman has defiantly hit back at trolls who criticised her weight gain in a video revealing she has lost 10 pounds.

The 29 year old made her return to The Only Way Is Essex during Wednesday night's episode, but was met by messages from cruel trolls.

Brunette beauty Fran left the hit ITVBe show in 2015 after splitting from ex-boyfriend James 'Diags' Bennewith, gaining some weight in her five years away from screens.

She has now hit back at the vile messages and announced to her 261,000 Instagram followers that she has already lost nearly a stone.

Addressing her fans, she said in the video: "I just wanted to say a quick thank you for everyone's messages. Yes, as we have gathered, I have gone up to a size 12. I actually don't understand why some people have got a problem with it.

"It happens guys. I just wanted to say thank you for your lovely comments, and the negative ones, I just wish you happiness in life.

"I just want to let everyone know that I'm okay, I really don't give a s**t about people's opinions, I genuinely pity them. This is the whole reason I'm doing this video."

She continued: "I know there are people that are going through the same sort of journey that I am and it's hard, it is hard, and especially when people are nasty about it. You just think 'f**k off', let me do my own journey myself, I'm doing something about it, I'm happy that I'm the size that I am.

"What is your point? What is your problem with it? We've got this guys, this is all okay. And one question, this is what's bothering me, I was a size eight, I've gone up to a size 12. I want to know why would these clothes companies create a size 12 if I'm going to look so unflattering in them?

"If I want to wear size 12 dress, I'll wear it. I've gone up to that size, I just don't understand why people are bothered so much?

"I understand that I've put on weight and I'm doing this for me and guys, you need to remember that people have got opinions and you've got to do this for you and nobody else."

Alongside the video, she wrote: "Hey guys, I'm getting ridiculous amount of messages so I wanna clear it all up via this video.

"Thank you for your kind words regarding my weight but if anyone gets a negative feed back regarding there weight tell them to go f them selfs.. you have got this we can do this and nobody is taking that away from us!!! [sic]

"I love you all very much 10 pounds down and I am going to continue to update you with some positivity or anything else you would like updates with please comment below and will try to do more videos for you guys."
