Sophie Turner Looked Angelic in Her Wedding Dress Last Night
06/30/2019While you were doing whatever you were doing last night, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner were busy getting married (again) in a French chateau. Even though they officially wed last month at a chapel in Las Vegas, complete with ring pops and an Elvis impersonator, Saturday night was their more formal ceremony which included all of their family and friends, and presumably non-candy wedding rings. (And Joe’s mom didn’t have to find out about this wedding via the internet, which I’m sure was a plus for her!)
The wedding was at Chateau Martinay (or Château du Martinet if you wanna get all French about it) in Provence, and it looks like the couple was going for the whole rustic french vibe, as they kept the decor simple and elegant with white flowers, chandeliers, and, er, a large stage for entertainment. (It was rumored that the Jonas Brothers would perform, so that could’ve been the reason for the elaborate setup.)

Not toooo much about the wedding has leaked, but we do know that Sophie looked great and wore a short-sleeve wedding dress with a traditional veil (see the pic on the right). We also don’t know who designed the look, but as Sophie is a face for Louis Vuitton, so it’s very possible that she turned to the fashion house for her gown.
Other things that we know about the wedding is that Sophie’s GoT costar/BFF Maisie Williams is one of two maids of honor, the couple was expected to have a “really wild cake,” and Joe said that there was going to be “flag rugby game at the wedding and a flag football game. So if all the groomsmen show up with black eyes and broken arms, I’ll be very proud.” But, uh, hopefully no one *actually* showed up with any broken bones last night!
