Solange Bringing ‘Bridge-s’ Art Series To The Getty

Grammy-winning musician and visual artist Solange Knowles will launch a new visual art series titled, “Bridge-s,” at the Getty Center Museum in Los Angeles on November 16.

“Bridge-s” is a series of performances, film screenings, and artist talks programmed and curated by Knowles.

The series features a new performance by Gerard & Kelly based on their “Modern Living” series with a special musical score by Solange featuring Cooper-Moore, brought to life by a group of dancers and musicians across the Getty’s iconic architecture.

The performance piece will take place over the course of the weekend from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. across the Getty Center site.

The two day event will also include film screenings and an artist talk with British-Ghanaian philosopher Kodwo Eshun.

All performances and film screenings are free and open to the public.
