Post Malone and Tyla Yaweh released a new collaboration, “Tommy Lee,” on Friday (June 12) and shared a video for the song within the next few hours.

Tommy Lee, the founding member of Mötley Crüe that the song is named after, is also featured playing the drums on the track.

Before releasing the track, Yaweh shared some behind-the-scenes of the song on Instagram. The video shows the two writing the song and recording it in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. The visual also teased the tune where the singers croon, “living life like a rockstar, pulling up in stretch limousines.”

They also shoutout the Mötley Crüe rocker the song was named after, singing, “Pull up with a drum like I’m Tommy Lee.”

The song is Malone’s second collab this year, with the earlier one being “Forever,” a track from Justin Bieber‘s Changes.

For Yaweh, “Tommy Lee” follows his recent collab with Wiz Khalifa for the remix of “High Right Now,” a song from his album, Heart Full of Rage.

Malone’s most recent album was Hollywood’s Bleeding, which was released in September 2019. Earlier this year, he made his acting debut on Netflix, performing a role in “Spenser Confidential.”
