Olivia Rodrigo Brought Out ANOTHER Special Guest to Perform on her Sour Tour — This is Who Joined Her

Sour Tour is shaping up to be the Olivia & Friends show — in the best way possible. Olivia Rodrigo is currently on the European leg of her Sour Tour, and recently performed a show in London where she brought out a surprise guest to sing a duet with her.

Natalie Imbruglia, iconic ‘90s singer and actress, joined Olivia on stage to sing her 1997 hit song “Torn”. The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series actress introduced her by saying, “She’s the most fantastic singer and she sings one of my favorite songs of all time.”

Actually, we were aware of how much Olivia loves “Torn” because of how she’s been spending her free time in Europe — before she surprised her London fans with Natalie Imbruglia, Olivia was spotted at a bar in Manchester karaoke-ing to “Torn.” Twitter user @dailyrodrigo posted a clip of the casual performance, with one fan tweeting in response, “Damn I wish she would have covered this on tour.” Your wish has has been granted!

The two singers danced around the stage as they belted out the lyrics to “Torn,” ending their performances by hugging multiple times with Olivia even miming a deep bow at Natalie’s feet. Natalie took to her Instagram Stories later on, writing, “What fun! Singing TORN with the Magical @OliviaRodrigo” and thanking the crowd at the Hammersmith Apollo for being “amazing.”

If you haven’t been keeping up with Olivia’s string of big-name duets throughout her Sour Tour, here’s a quick refresher. Olivia and Alanis Morisette participated in a dual feature as part of Rolling Stone’s 2021 Musicians on Musicians package, and then later took to the stage together to perform “You Oughta Know” during Sour Tour. Olivia more recently used her platform to send a message to the Supreme Court after the overturning of Roe v. Wade, bringing out Lily Allen to join her in singing “F*ck You.”

We’re excited to see what surprise duet could be next. “Complicated” by Avril Lavigne is one of the songs on Olivia’s set list, so maybe the Driver’s License singer will bring out Avril herself to jam out to the ’00s hit together? We think that would be a great collab, hint hint @ Olivia…
